At Ceramics by Adrian Munday, is it my priority to do my very best to ensure the best delivery experience possible for everyone and I aim to only use reliable couriers. Depending on the value and size of your order, smaller and low value orders will be sent by Parcel Force, larger and high value orders will be sent by UPS.
We aim to dispatch all orders received within 3 days. If your order is urgent, please send me an email (TheShop@CeramicsByAdrianMunday.co.uk) and let me know.
If you live locally, I also allow prearranged collection from my Studio in Brechfa, Carmarthenshire.
The delivery cost is calculated automatically and the checkout page, there will also be some options for timed delivery services.

Order value £45 and under will be shipped by Parcel Force – £5.99
Order Value £45 to £99 will be shipped by Parcel Force – £8.99
Order Value over £100 will be shipped by UPS – £10.99
European Union – Shipping
Order value £45 and under will be shipped by Parcel Force – £8.99
Order Value £45 to £99 will be shipped by Parcel Force – £10.99
Order Value over £100 will be shipped by UPS – £14.99
Customs Fees
Customs fees tend to vary from country to country, and have recently changed due to Brexit. If you’re placing an international order, please check the current situation first. Any fees will generally need to be paid by the recipient before the couriers can deliver, and non-payment will result in the package being returned (or sometimes even destroyed). In this case I’ll contact you to sort out a resolution, but you would be responsible for any additional costs caused by non-payment.
Damages or Non-Delivery
Please inspect your products when you receive them for defects or damage. If there is a problem please contact me immediately and take photographic evidence.
If your parcel is being delivered by courier and the box is damaged or has been opened, please sign this parcel as ‘damaged or unchecked’ or refuse the delivery.
Non-delivery of your order please contact me within 7 working days of the date of despatch.
