I am committed to producing and selling quality pieces of art, both functional and creative. I hope that you will be more than delighted with your purchase, but there may be occasions where you feel it necessary to return an item.
Please email me first (TheShop@CeramicsByAdrianMunday.co.uk) to let me know there’s an issue and you wish to return an item. An address will then be provided.
If you have simply changed your mind, I am happy to accept product returns for up to 7 days after delivery. To be eligible for this, products must be in new, unused and unopened condition. You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach me, so I suggest using a tracked/signed delivery method (at your cost).
If you are returning an item to me that is faulty, which you did not order or for any other reason which is my fault, I will also pay you the cost of the return postage.
Please note goods that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements are non-refundable unless faulty. If an order is returned to me because of an incorrect or incomplete address , I will charge a second shipping fee to send it out again, unless the address error was my mistake. If you’d prefer a refund, the refund would be for the order value minus actual P&P costs.
