Before you place an order, you should read these Terms and Conditions in full before placing any order. Placing an order implies that you have agreed to the Terms & Conditions.
Images
I have taken great care in presenting the items in my shop as accurately as possible. However, the images you see will depend on your monitor’s display and colour capabilities. We are therefore unable to guarantee that the product images you see are always 100% accurate and slight colour variations may exist.
Acceptance of your Order
Shortly after you have placed an order with us by pressing the ‘Pay button’ an email will be sent to you acknowledging the details of your order. I will take pre-payment for your goods on submission of your order.
Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:
- The product you ordered being out of stock – see Product Availability
- Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment
- The identification of a pricing or product description error
- Failure to meet the eligibility to order criteria set out in these Terms and Conditions
- Your order having a high fraud score

Pricing Policy
Price are shown on my website in GBP and VAT is not applicable. Prices may change and offers may be withdrawn at any time.
Product Availability / Information
I feature products on my website that have been carefully selected for Online Shopping. Besides a couple of lines that I make, everything else is “one-off” and unique. Styles, colours and shapes will vary.
Once an item is sold out it will be taken off the website at the earliest opportunity and may not be available again. Should you see item in the Shop or the Gallery but it shows out of stock, please send me an email as I might make a similar item again.
Prices of products may change from time to time.
Shopping will only be kept I your basket for 60 minutes, any longer than that and the order will be reversed and the item placed back into stock.
The Website
I may change the Ceramics by Adrian Munday website and correct or update information (including product information) on it at any time without notice. Except in relation to the description of products and services available for order from our website, we do not guarantee and are not responsible for the accuracy of any information provided on the website.
I do not represent or warrant that the material contained in the website, any of the functions of the website and the server will operate without interruption or delay or will be error-free, free from defects, viruses or bugs or compatible with any other software or material.

Whilst I take a lot of care and time in making, packaging and sending you your new product, it is essential to take time to read the guidance I provide on the website with regards to looking after your newly acquired piece of pottery.
